Melt has a good shape without protruding parts that would otherwise get in the way when used together as a couple. However, you are not completely free to choose positions, as the device limits some positions that would otherwise work well. Melt is marketed by We-Vibe as a "perfect couple's toy," and it works for that, but we think it is best as a solo toy. It has a strong motor, good material to hold, is fairly quiet, waterproof, easy to clean, and the battery seems strong enough to withstand wear. Some bloggers feel that it takes too long to recharge after the battery is depleted, but we think that is an unfair criticism because the battery holds a lot of power and it shouldn't be running all day long. However, we don't find much use for Melt's Bluetooth function because, even though you can easily download the accompanying app from Google Play, our Samsung is not compatible with the software. That's a bit unfortunate: Not because we care about remotely controlling the 12 intensity levels, but because the app is needed to change Melt's settings, such as the time-out setting. Despite these objections, this is by far the best air pressure vibrator we have tried, far better than, for example, the Womanizer Starlet 2.
