3 sizes, silicone... in terms of quality, the product as a whole is very good. It would have been better to have good instructions included with the packaging. I have tested it with a ring both over the penis and around the testicles, and they definitely do what they're supposed to do. Around the testicles, they work better if you are shaved; otherwise, it's terrible to remove it afterwards.
